- 3 1/2 – 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
Sauce Ingredients:

Toppings:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Dough Instructions:
- Activate Yeast: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix Dough: Add olive oil, salt, and 3 1/2 cups flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough starts to come together.
- Knead Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, adding more flour as needed, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let Dough Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Sauce Instructions:
- Prepare Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, pizza seasoning, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer: Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble and Bake Pizza:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Shape Dough: Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal parts. Roll out each part into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Prepare Pizza: Transfer the rolled-out dough to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and add your desired toppings.
- Bake: Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serve: Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Sprinkle additional Willy Nilly Pizza Seasoning over the pizza for additional flavour (optional) Enjoy!
